As in Formula 3 Earlier in the day, the standings had time to evolve. However, during his last attempt, Victor Martins created a gap with the other drivers entered, by setting the best time thanks to a time set in 1:21.715. The only driver under 1:22.000, he is ahead of the other protégé of the sector Williams, Luke Browning, and reigning F3 champion, Leonardo Fornaroli.

13th in the session, the other Frenchman, Sami Meguetounif, paradoxically seemed to have a good pace. Despite a personal best time of 1:23.373, the Trident rider had a successful start to the session in which he was in the top 5 of the general classification. A record time holder in the first sector, the Frenchman saw his lap end prematurely due to the heavy traffic in the last partial.

Marked by new track exits, this test session notably saw Jak Crawford (DAMS) go out of the limits twice, without damaging his car. On the other hand, Max Esterson (Trident) had to leave his seat after getting stuck in the escape route, while Amaury Cordeel (Rodin Motorsport) hit the wall at the first corner head-on, albeit at low speed. This superficial contact still caused a red flag, the second of the weekend after the one that occurred earlier in the same F3 session.

This Friday, the qualifications of Formula 2 will be available from 15:00 p.m. (French time) and will be broadcast on Canal+ Sport.

Points are on Sunday. What he still doesn't know how to do. Good for LMP2.
