A free seat in Spanish F4 for the winner of the Richard Mille Young Talent Academy

Like Feed Racing or the Winfield steering wheel, the Richard Mille Young Talent Academy has also carved out a prominent place for itself in the landscape of detection competitions for young drivers. In 2020, it was the current leader of F4 France, the Australian Hugh Barter, who was the first winner, before the Pole Tymoteusz Kucharczyk, 2nd in F4 Spain, succeeded him on the list the following year.

The detection organized by All Road Management, the management company of Nicolas Todt which notably counts in its ranks Charles Leclerc, Caio Collet or even Gabriele Mini, will take place again in 2023. The prize is a seat in Spanish F4 for a full season, six days of testing with MP Motorsport and a management contract with All Road.

October 10 and 11 in Navarra

Note that the fourteen elected officials will be selected on the basis of their background in karting as well as on their career plans. They will be evaluated by a jury of professionals during direct and indirect confrontations on and off the track. “The intrinsic qualities of a pilot – speed, regularity, technical knowledge and physical conditions – will be at the center of the evaluation, but the latter will also take into account the ability of each person to manage the aspects inherent to the profession of pilot, such as such as stress management, adaptability, involvement, teamwork or even dialogue with the media” could we read in the press release.

Small change compared to previous years: for its fifth edition, the RMYTA is broadening its spectrum by opening its doors beyond its historic partner, Birel ART: to three karting drivers from this sector, eleven others aged 14 to 16 years from all walks of life, European and global, riding on any chassis, will be able to submit their application for the selection competition, the "Shoot out", which will take place on October 10 and 11 on the circuit of Navarra, Spain.
