While Sam Schmidt Motorsport plans to only field one car for French simon pagenaud en IndyCar this season, the possibility of seeing a second one on the starting grids is becoming clearer. This second DW12 would indeed be entered thanks to the combined efforts of Sam Schmidt and Davey Hamilton, who is looking for a solution to align his car. It would be entrusted to a pilot with a budget, and currently Martin Plowman (seen at the end of last season, notably in Baltimore) seems to hold the rope.
