Zane Maloney named reserve driver at Andretti

Zane Maloney joins Andretti for the 2024 season Formula E. The 20-year-old Barbadian will thus be the reserve and development driver for the American team. The two starters for the season will be the defending champion Jake Dennis and the Frenchman Norman Nato.

The resident of Red Bull Junior Team and driver Formula 2 at Rodin Carlin has already had the opportunity to test a car of the electric championship with Andretti. At the Rookie Test of the 2023 Berlin E-Prix (3rd best time), then at that of Rome and finally during the pre-season tests carried out recently in Valencia (Spain).

Maloney will support the team with simulator development work at Andretti Formula E headquarters in Banbury (England) and will attend races throughout the season, starting with the opening round in Mexico on January 13.
