We're not going to lie to each other: “hype” Loeb already starting to rise! The Alsatian was once again the fastest during SS4, clocking 12'06″9. This is the 3rd consecutive scratch for the nine-time world champion WRC on the Rally de l’Acropole, pour l’instant invaincu ce vendredi. Esapekka Lappi a réalisé le même temps avec sa Toyota et remonte à la 4e place au classement général.

Sébastien Loeb reste donc en tête du rallye et conforte son avance. Désormais, le pilote M-Sport possède 6″4 de marge sur Thierry Neuville (6th, +3″7) and 8″0 over his compatriot Pierre-Louis Loubet (5th, +3″2). The Corsican once again completed a very solid special and confirms his good form on the Acropolis. As for SS3, Kalle Rovanperä and Ott Tänak are victims of their starting position: the Finn conceded 8″8 on Loeb and the Estonian lost 5″2.

The big loser of SS4 is called Craig Breen, who had bad luck again. The Irishman suffered a front-right puncture during the special and lost 2 minutes changing tires.
