While Reydellet (Polo R5) had won the short Friday evening special, Cuoq responded on SS2 where Amourette (C3 R5) was the victim of a road exit. Reydellet then took the best again before being forced to retire. In the initial wake of Cuoq, Brunson climbed to 1re place and gradually widened the gap. After a solid race, Chauffray placed himself in ambush, holding his place on the podium against Cosson. Brunson had no problems and came home victorious for 8e time in Deauville, which allowed him to beat Bourdon's record. Cuoq obtained the first runner-up followed by Chauffray, winner in group R, ahead of Cosson and Alemany. In group A, Moullan could do nothing against the first two overall. Group N returned to an untouchable Bourgeoit; Blondel and Rambault finishing as dolphins. Coignard won the F2000 to the detriment of Seray and Gledel. Ropers pocketed the series GT in front Neuville.
