Very in good shape this Saturday morning, Sébastien Ogier (Toyota) won his second special of the day after SS9 earlier. With a time of 4'37"6, the Frenchman took the best Ott Tänak (Hyundai) and Elfyn Evans (Toyota) relegating them to 2“1 and 2“9 respectively.
Back this morning, Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) could not do better than 5th, just the Frenchman Adrien fourmaux (M-Sport), impressive for his first among the big boys.
With this new special victory, Sébastien Ogier now has an advantage of 7 seconds over Elfyn Evans in the general standings. Once again beaten, Thierry Neuville is still among the leading trio but sees his delay increasing. He is now 19” behind the leader of the Rally from Croatia.
On the legs for his first outing of the day, Adrien Fourmaux is in a good 5th place, just behind Ott Tänak. The Habs are ahead of another compatriot in the person of Pierre-Louis Loubet, 6th in his 20C Competition Hyundai i2.
The resumption of the Croatian Rally is scheduled for 14:29 p.m. and can still be followed on AUTOhebdo.
