Jean-Marie Cuoq (Citroën C4 WRC) won his first victory of the 2013 season by winning the Rally from Limousin. Julien Maurin (Ford Fiesta WRC) took second place and crossed the finish line 18 seconds ahead of the Peugeot 207 S2000 de Jean-Sébastien Vigion qui remporte le Trophée Michelin en plus de sa place sur le podium. Jean-Charles Beaubelique (Focus WRC) se classe quatrième devant la Porsche 997 GT3 de Gilles Nantet. Cédric Robert, sixième au général, s’impose en Citroën Racing Trophy devant Kevin Abbring qui remporte la 208 Rally Cup.
