Le Rally des Cévennes, the penultimate event of the French Rally Championship season, starts in gloomy weather. Rain tires are required for the 180 registered crews. Jean-Marie Cuoq can be titled tomorrow with this round which offers a coefficient 2 in the rankings. The leader will have to be 40 points ahead of his only remaining rival Freddy Loix who exchanged his Skoda Fabia S2000 for a Peugeot 307 WRC of the 2C Combrondre team.
