  • Adrien fourmaux is trying to save his weekend by going on the attack this Sunday and for now, the Frenchman is in a good position. The driver Hyundai set the fastest time on SS19, on the Hell's Gate special (which will host the Power Stage at the end of the rally), his first scratch of the weekend on this Safari Rally Kenya. Thanks to this time, the Northerner climbs to 2nd place in the Super Sunday classification, 3 seconds behind Thierry Neuville, who still leads this additional classification. As a reminder, the five fastest drivers over the cumulative Sunday special stages will receive points, with five points for the driver leading Super Sunday.
  • A 19th special stage without any real twists and turns. Most of the riders already seem to be in a good position and are on reserve for the Power Stage in the early afternoon. Only Grégoire Munster encountered a mechanical problem in the final hectometres of the special: the rider M-Sport arrived at a slow pace with some concern for his Ford Puma. The Belgian-Luxembourg driver, 6th in the general classification, will have 15 minutes to try to identify and repair this problem in the short service area that awaits the drivers before the start of the final loop.
