Kenya – SS6: Tänak takes the lead

Ott Tänak asserts himself a little more as the strong man of this Safari Rally Kenya 2025. After his two scratchs at the start of the day, the Estonian finished the morning loop like a shot. With a time of 7'21"4, the driver Hyundai beat Kalle Rovanperä and Elfyn Evans by 3 full seconds and 5 seconds respectively.

In the general classification, it's an excellent performance for Ott Tänak, who returns to the service with a margin of more than 20 seconds. Indeed, his runner-up, Elfyn Evans, is now 24 seconds behind, and Kalle Rovanperä is more than 4 seconds behind. This will allow him to attack the afternoon loop with greater confidence.
