New Zealand – SS16: Scratch for Ogier!

Sébastien Ogier removes the 16th special from Rally of New Zealand and consolidates his place as runner-up to Kalle Rovanperä before the final stage, the Power Stage at Jacks Ridge.
Sébastien Ogier: “It’s never easy. The Power Stage is going to be very muddy but we will manage our lead. When you have Ott behind, it's impossible to be relaxed, so I'll try to keep the pace and enjoy this last stage. »
The calculation is now simple for Kalle Rovanperä. If he finishes in front Ott Tänak or less than four places behind him in the event that Tänak wins the stage, he will be crowned World Champion WRC 2022. A comfort that he owes in large part to his eight-time world champion teammate, Sébastien Ogier.
