  • And three for Kalle Rovanperä this Friday! The Finn signed his third scratch of the day with the best time during SS3.
  • The reigning champion was ahead of his main rival Dani Sordo (+2″1) and Pierre-Louis Loubet (+2″4) on this 6th special.
  • Overall, the gap has widened slightly in the lead: Rovanperä now has a 2″9 lead over Sordo, and a 17″7 lead over Neuville.
  • Thanks to his good time, Pierre-Louis Loubet is getting closer to the podium: the Frenchman is not only 2″5 behind Thierry Neuville…
  • In WRC2, it's a massacre: Adrien fourmaux, who was leading the category, suffered two punctures: a first in SS5 which cost him 2 minutes, and a second in SS6 which cost him… 5 minutes. The Frenchman said goodbye to victory, just like Teemu Suninen, who was 2nd at the start of SS6 and who also suffered a puncture.
  • Oliver Solberg is therefore the new leader of WRC2 with his Skoda, ahead of Yohan Rossel.
