Is this a good sign for Hernandez who, after a Monte-Carlo from which he returned enchanted, has set himself the objective of the French 2nd division championship? However, the game was far from won in Vienne, because Beaubelique, De Sousa, Taveneau, Cosson and Anthony Faucher had no desire to give him a gift. If Limougeaud immediately took off, the De Sousa-Hernandez-Cosson trio was never far away.

In SS4, Beaubelique was faced with engine outages and lost 40'' to Hernandez, who moved into the leader's chair and never left it. Following a penalty, Cosson plunged in the standings. Trying to make up for lost time, he went off the road, giving Patier the GT victory. Nobody was able to block Rambault's path in group N. Superb duel in F2000 between Gobin and Guénec who will have the last word. G. Coëffe
