At the start of this 30th edition, Ivan Ballinari, a Swiss driver with four victories under his belt, had a strong opponent in the five-time winner of the event, the local David Salanon on a new mount (Skoda Fabia). From the outset, the duel was on and, after the two night qualifying sessions on Friday evening, Salanon was in the lead with only 1"3 ahead of Ballinari, 15" over Burri and 16" over Hotz. The next day, Salanon scored a scratch in SS4 before going off the road in the next one, leaving the Swiss trio to compete for overall victory. Signing two stage wins, Hotz took the lead after SS6 before Ballinari responded.

In the last long time of 18 km, he took another 3” from his opponent to win his fifth victory in this event. This is the tenth victory of a Swiss driver overall in 30 editions. In the group F2000, Masclaux (Peugeot 207) led quite well before retiring due to mechanical problems in SS 4. Morel took the lead to no longer be worried and take an easy victory. In group N, Le Coarer (Subaru Impreza) came out after SS 2. Mollas took over the lead before abandoning in SS5 and it was ultimately Ferreira who won. In group A, Duclaux (207 RC) took the first scratch but then let Latour take the lead to win. Note for the GT+ 15 Group, after the retirements of Chavanne (Fiat Abarth 124) and Caillat (Porsche 997), no car is on the final podium. The GT group had no entries. F. Lombard
