Saturday January 13, no less than 66 co-drivers presented themselves at the premises of the FFSA Academy in Le Mans to undergo the required tests (regulatory knowledge tests, personal interviews, note-taking, diction, sporting resistance, etc.) for the Selection Rally Young FFSA Co-pilots.
At the end of this first selection, six co-drivers will be selected to participate in the final stage of the process, which will take place during a Youth Rally Team test session. At the beginning of February, a final evaluation in the presence of the most successful French co-driver of all time, Julien Ingrassia (five-time World Rally Champion), will make it possible to decide between the best elements.
The sponsor of the operation will then elect the two co-drivers who will accompany the winners of the FFSA Youth Rally Team in the 2018 French Junior Rally Championship.
