Superb victory for David Salanon and Méryl Giraldo to which we must associate the multi-dealer Christian de Boussac. The other R5s from Longépé (Skoda) and Morin (Ford) did not fare well on still difficult terrain; the latter managed, at the end of a superb comeback, to take the podium by a whisker against the local Purrey who will have to console himself with a fantastic victory in group A/FA.

Jacob imposed himself in F2000 where we deplored the withdrawals of Girondins Lacouture (BMW Compact, electronic management concern) and Dupouy fils (306, broken shock absorber). The Ulbert-Larquey duel faded when the Marmandais made a move relegating him to the place of runner-up in a strong N group. Yet another victory for Delage fils and his popular Opel Speedster in GT. J. Teitgen

Ranking : 1. Salanon-Giraldo (Skoda Fabia R5) 1h10'12'' (1erGr. R), 2. Longépé-Choucroun (Fabia) at 1'34, 3. M. & C. Morin (Ford Fiesta) at 2'08 , 4. Purrey-Lachièze (Mitsubishi Lancer Evo9) at 2'10 (1erGr. A/FA), 5. Jacob-Marotte (Peugeot 206) at 2'57 (1erGr. F2000), 6. Wagner-Lafagne (Lancer Evo9) at 3'35, 7. Orillac-Castets (Ford Fiesta) at 4'00, 8. J.-L. Roché-Robin (Fabia) at 5'23, 9. Terrière-Taudière (Renault Clio RS) at 5'56, 10. Guénec-Ricou (Citroën C2) at 6'28, 11. Ulbert-Liraud (Clio Ragnotti) at 6'45 (1erGr. N/FN), … 16. C. Delage- Torlet (Opel Speedster) at 8'59 (1erGr. GT), etc.
