With nine scratches in ten specials, Jean-Marie Cuoq (Citroën C4 WRC) easily won the first event of the season at Rally Terre des Causses finishing more than two minutes ahead of Matthieu Margaillan (Skoda Fabia S2000). Serge Gillouin (Citroën Arnaud Mordacq (Lancer Evo IX) won Group N by finishing sixth behind Jérôme Jacquot (Peugeot 207 S2000) and Alain Deveza (Subaru Impreza). Cédric Hennion (Citroën DS3 WRC) also crashed following a power steering failure. Denis Millet wins the Citroën Racing Trophy. Charles Martin is victorious in 208 Rally Cup
