Var ES2 – Giordano on his way
Author of the best time in SS 1, Quentin Giordano (Polo GTI R5-Sarrazin Motorsport) remained at the same pace in this Pignans special with a new scratch time which allows him to be 7,6 seconds ahead of Nicolas Ciamin (Fabia Rally2 evo-Oreca Store), third in this timed sector.
Author of the second time, Stéphane Sarrazin (Polo GTi Rally2-Sarrazin Motorsport) remains on the provisional podium of the rally 10 seconds from the leader.
Yoann Bonato (C3 Rally2-CHL Sport Auto) continues to manage his race with a fourth time which allows him to lie in wait at the foot of the podium in the general classification after two special stages.
Pierre Roché (C3 Rally2-Team FJ) had set himself a Top 5 as his objective and the Team FJ driver kept his commitments with a fifth time in Pignans.
Triple winner of the Rallye du Var, Cédric Robert (A110 Rally-Bonneton HDG) sets the sixth time on this bumpy special.
