Ott Tänak (Toyota) a continué à gérer son avance dans le second passage de Grafschaft, l’ES17 du Rally from Germany, where it is this time Sébastien Ogier (M-Sport) qui a été le plus rapide en bouclant les 29,07km en 16’15’’0 avec 2 secondes d’avance sur Thierry Neuville (Hyundai). L’Estonien a lâché 11 secondes à son rival belge.
Ott Tänak still maintains more than half a minute ahead of Thierry Neuville before the Power Stage. Esapekka Lappi (Toyota) still completes the provisional podium ahead of Sébastien Ogier and Teemu Suninen (M-Sport). The Finn remains under threat from Andreas Mikkelsen with less than 5 seconds left. Craig Breen (Citroën) climbs to 7th place taking advantage of the retirement of Dani Sordo (Hyundai) who has given up on starting the special.
