Ott Tänak (Toyota) a fait la différence dans la spéciale d’Amboy – Yacanto, la plus longue ES du jour au Rally from Argentina with its 30km. The Estonian took the scratch in 17'38''5, almost 8 seconds ahead of Thierry Neuville (Hyundai). Sébastien Ogier (Citroën) a suivi à une dizaine de secondes de retard en précédant les Hyundai de Dani Sordo et Andreas Mikkelsen. Elfyn Evans (M-Sport) a suivi avec déjà plus de 16 secondes de retard devant Kris Meeke (Toyota), Jari-Matti Latvala (Toyota), Esapekka Lappi (Citroën) et Teemu Suninen (M-Sport).
Ott Tänak regains the lead of the Rally Argentina with more than 11 seconds ahead of Thierry Neuville. Sébastien Ogier follows the Belgian almost 4 seconds behind, ahead of Kris Meeke who falls 3 places. Dani Sordo remains in 5th position ahead of Andreas Mikkelsen. Jari-Matti Latvala marks the break in the group of WRC finishing in 7th place, almost 9 seconds behind the Norwegian. The Finn is followed by Elfyn Evans. Esapekka Lappi and Teemu Suninen still complete the Top 10.
