Petter Solberg (Citroen C4 WRC) achieved the best time of SS9, during the second day of Rally from Bulgaria. The 2003 World Champion beat Sébastien Loeb (Citroën C4 WRC) by seven tenths but above all gained three seconds from Dani Sordo (Citroën C4 WRC), coming within eight seconds of his second place. Sébastien Ogier (Citroën C4 WRC) is still fourth, ahead of Mikko Hirvonen (Ford Focus WRC) by more than thirty seconds. Jari-Matti Latvala (Ford Focus WRC) is sixth.
