Luck was with Mikko Hirvonen in Alsace. The Flying Finn took advantage of Sébastien?s abandonment Loeb and the exclusion of Petter Solberg to take third place in the Rally of France-Alsace and come back to the level of the seven-time world champion in the Championship with two events remaining at the end of the season.
