Mikko Hirvonen has just won the Rally of Sweden, first round of the 2011 season of WRC. On the snowy roads around Karlstad, the Finn imposes his official Ford Fiesta RS, the first winner of the new generation of WRCs equipped with the 1,6 liter turbo engine.
Miko Hirvonen précède Mads Ostberg et Jari-Matti Latvala. Soit un triplé Ford, le Norvégien intercalant sa Fiesta privée entre les deux officielles. Grand perdant de cette ultime secteur chronométré, Petter Solberg a concédé 51 »2 à Ogier, best time, and fell to 5th place in the final ranking.
