Si Kalle Rovanperä (Toyota) a facilement dominé l’Arctic Lapland Rally le week-end dernier et s’est offert une dernière préparation avant le Rally Monte-Carlo this week at the opening of WRC, the Norwegian Mads Østberg won the Sigdalsrally on his home soil.
The former Citroën factory driver dominated the opening round of the Norwegian Championship, at the wheel of his C3 R5, after winning all eight special stages on the programme. For their return to a winter round, the first since Sweden 2019, Østberg and his co-driver Torstein Eriksen were 1'27" ahead of Anders Grøndal (Ford Fiesta).
