Kris Meeke (Citroën) a signé son cinquième scratch consécutif au Rally de Catalogne en bouclant l’ES18 de Riudecanyes longue de 16,35km en 10’19’’5. Dani Sordo (Hyundai) a failli mettre un terme à la série du Nord-Irlandais, mais l’Espagnol a échoué à deux dixièmes. Sébastien Ogier (M-Sport) a suivi à 1’’1 en reprenant 2’’1 à son coéquipier Ott Tänak.
Kris Meeke has a 27”3 lead over Sébastien Ogier before entering the Power Stage. Ott Tänak lost contact a little with the Championship leader, trailing 4''4 behind the Frenchman.
