Esapekka Lappi (Citroën) a été le plus proche du scratch d’Elfyn Evans (M-Sport) signé sans l’ES18 du Rally de Suède. Le Gallois a bouclé le second passage des 21,19km de Likenäs en 11’22’’0 avec une avance de 6 dixièmes sur le Finlandais qui a repris environ 2 secondes sur les Hyundai by Andreas Mikkelsen and Thierry Neuville.
Ott Tänak (Toyota) gère son avance en terminant à 5 secondes du scratch, juste derrière Sébastien Loeb (Hyundai) who lost more than 2 seconds on Kris Meeke (Toyota).
Ott Tänak maintains a lead of almost 49 seconds over Esapekka Lappi who now has a 4”4 lead over Thierry Neuville. The Belgian is now ahead of Andreas Mikkelsen by more than 4 seconds, while Elfyn Evans is 6''4 behind the Norwegian. Sébastien Loeb is now 9”2 behind 6th position occupied by Kris Meeke. Pontus Tidemand (M-Sport) remains 8th.
