Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) a repris plus de 2 secondes à Sébastien Ogier in Sweet Lamb Hafren, SS15 of Wales Rally GB. The Belgian nevertheless finished 2 seconds behindOtt Tänak (Toyota), le plus proche du scratch d’Andreas Mikkelsen (Hyundai). L’Estonien a perdu son pare-chocs arrière, un fait qui l’a fortement contrarié puisqu’il n’entend plus bien les notes.
Elfyn Evans (M-Sport) s’est classé à 4 secondes d’Andreas Mikkelsen avec plus d’une seconde d’avance sur Kris Meeke (Toyota).
Ott Tänak now has a lead of more than 10 seconds on Wales Rally GB. Thierry Neuville is the closest after taking over Sébastien Ogier by 2”3. Kris Meeke follows 6 seconds ahead of Andreas Mikkelsen who relegated Elfyn Evans to more than 5 seconds. The Welshman still precedes his teammates Teemu Suninen and Pontus Tidemand. Craig Breen (Hyundai) is 9th but the Irishman left several minutes late, probably to help Thierry Neuville.
Jan Kopecky (Skoda) failed more than 2 minutes after rolling.
