Ypres, SS16: Tänak confirms and increases his lead

The duel between Hyundai s’est transformé en duel entre Hyundai et Toyota. Après l’abandon de Thierry Neuville in SS15, victory will be decided between Ott Tänak and Elfyn Evans, except surprise. At the end of this second day on the Rally from Ypres, it is the Estonian who has the advantage. Tänak was the fastest during SS16 with a time of 11’29″1, ahead of Kalle Rovanperä (2nd, +0″9). Elfyn Evans lost 1″9 on this last special stage this Saturday, and is now 8″2 behind in the general classification.
Behind, in addition to Esapekka Lappi (7th, +12″1) who is cruising at 3rd place overall, a fight has begun for 4th place. Property of Oliver Solberg (6th, +8″5), it is threatened by Adrien fourmaux (4th, +5″4) who let go of the horses on this special. The duel promises to be interesting to follow, everyone could score their best result in WRC in Ypres on Sunday.
