Ypres, SS5: Neuville and Tänak tied
Une fois n’est pas coutume, les deux pilotes du Hyundai Motorsport ont mené la danse dans cette première spéciale du vendredi après-midi au Rally of Ypres (Belgium). Thierry Neuville et Ott Tänak signed the same time to the nearest tenth!
La plupart des concurrents sont partis avec au moins deux pneus pluie au cas où les averses refont leur apparition durant la boucle. Les positions se stabilisent même si Ott Tänak revient à seulement 1″1 du leader Elfyn Evans (Toyota).
In WRC2, Frenchman Yohan Rossel (Citroën) was overtaken by Norwegian Andreas Mikkelsen (Skoda). The gap between the two opponents for the title is only 2″1, but it is a third thief who is leading the debates: the Frenchman Stéphane Lefebvre (Citroën)!
