Verstappen: “The last climb was very slippery. I lost control at one point but managed to stay 2nd. Unfortunately, our strategy didn't work and it was crazy to manage to get back to the podium. »

Red Bull is assured of 2nd place in the Championship against Ferrari who will no longer be able to come back to the Austrian team in Abu Dhabi.
Hamilton celebrates the 52nd victory of his career and his 9th of the season on the podium.
Lewis Hamilton won the Brazilian Grand Prix for the first time after a race greatly disrupted by rain. Nico Rosberg secures the double for Mercedes and will only need a podium in Abu Dhabi to be titled.
Max Verstappen (Red Bull) completes the podium after a superb comeback. Sergio Pérez (Force India) and Sebastian Vettel (Ferrari) complete the top five ahead of Carlos Sainz Jr (Toro Rosso), Nico Hülkenberg (Force India) and Daniel Ricciardo (Red Bull).
Felipe Nasr takes the points for 9th place and places Sauber ahead of Manor in the Manufacturers' Championship. Fernando Alonso (McLaren) completes the top ten. Esteban Ocon (Manor) finished 12th.
Pérez takes 4th place ahead of Vettel. Sainz Jr takes 6th position ahead of Hülkenberg, Ricciardo, Nasr and Alonso. Ocon finally failed in 12th position behind Bottas.
Hamilton wins the Brazilian GP for the first time in his career and keeps his title chance alive for Abu Dhabi. Rosberg secures the double. Verstappen completes the podium after a superb comeback.
Ocon loses his 10th place to Alonso.

T70 – Verstappen once again overtakes from the outside against Pérez. The Red Bull driver saves a place on the podium.
With 3 laps to go, the race is animated by the duel between Pérez and Verstappen for 3rd place.
T68 – Verstappen now has Pérez in his sights. The Red Bull driver is currently the fastest on track.
T67 – Verstappen immediately takes 4th place against Sainz Jr. The Dutchman still hopes to secure a podium.
T67 – Verstappen takes 5th place after taking Vettel off the track. This will improve relations between the two pilots.
T66 – Verstappen moved up to 6th place behind Vettel who resisted against the Red Bull driver. Sainz Jr takes advantage of the battle to gain a few lengths.
T65 – Vettel returned to the wheels of Sainz Jr. It is the battle for 4th place which is being played out. Ocon is 1″3 behind Nasr who occupies 9th place.
Footage in the Haas pits captured a heated exchange between Steiner and Gutiérrez. The Mexican is without a steering wheel for the moment in 2017.
T64 – Nice braking from the outside from Ricciardo at the first corner. The Red Bull driver finds himself 8th.
