Grosjean (Haas): “I have around 50% dropouts but fortunately most of them are not because of me. There will be opportunities and we will have to find something better on the car. We will try to analyze everything. The losers are there in qualifying but not in the race. I could only hope to keep everyone behind but I couldn't. »

17h

Gasly (Red Bull): “It was very complicated since yesterday. I didn't have a lot of pace in qualifying and that continued today. I didn't have a very good start and had to fight to get back up. I was sliding everywhere, it was difficult. I'm still having fun, but it's always annoying to lack speed. We will have to work to improve this. »

16h

Hamilton now has a 62-point lead over his teammate Bottas. The Finn remains 2nd in the standings with 7 points ahead of Verstappen.

16h

Vettel (Ferrari): “I didn’t have much to lose and I was able to make a second stop. I had tires in better condition and that allowed me to overtake Charles (Leclerc). We clearly didn't have the pace against Mercedes and Red Bull. The holidays will be good. We are waiting for developments for the next races because we know that there is still potential on this car. »

16h

Verstappen (Red Bull): “We just weren’t fast enough. I tried everything to preserve my hard tires but it wasn't enough. I was still able to take 2nd place and the bonus point for the best lap. I congratulate Lewis on his victory. We tried a one-stop strategy, but theirs worked better. »

16h

Hamilton (Mercedes): “I’m tired. I can only thank the team for always believing in me and pushing me to surpass myself. We've been together for 7 years and we still have the same energy. I like these races where you have to stay on the attack. I had to preserve the front brakes to prevent them from breaking. Max (Verstappen) defended himself very well. I didn't know if I was going to be able to resume it after my second stop, but my team continued to support me and I managed. »

16h

Hamilton wins his 8th victory of the season and the 81st of his career. This is the 7th time he has won at the Hungaroring.

16h

Carlos Sainz Jr (McLaren) completes the Top 5 after resisting a good part of the race against Pierre Gasly (Red Bull). Lando Norris (McLaren) and Alexander Albon (Toro Rosso) take the last points. Romain Grosjean (Haas) retired due to mechanical problems.

16h
