Daniel Ricciardo (Red Bull) completes the podium ahead of the two Force Indias of Pérez and Ocon. Nico Hülkenberg (Renault) follows in front of Pascal Wehrlein (Sauber), who must however give up his 7th place in favor of Carlos Sainz (Toro Rosso) due to his 5″ penalty. Kvyat (Toro Rosso) and Grosjean (Haas) complete the top 10.

The puncture was undoubtedly the result of contact with Kvyat's Toro Rosso.

Start of the 60th lap: Hamilton (Mercedes) remains in the lead ahead of Vettel (Ferrari) with 3″5. Ricciardo (Red Bull) should easily take the third step of the podium ahead of the two Force Indias of Pérez and Ocon.
Big mistake from Carlos Sainz (Toro Rosso) at turn 4. The Spaniard can continue his chase behind Pascal Wehrlein (Sauber).

3″5 ahead now for Lewis Hamilton over Sebastian Vettel. Mercedes has obviously chosen to go to the end, while Sebastian Vettel seems to be struggling with his medium tires.
Lewis Hamilton seems to be taking the gamble of reaching the finish. The drivers started the 55th lap, out of the 66 on the program.
Fernando Alonso (McLaren) makes his third save.

Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes) widens the gap again on Vettel's Ferrari: 2″4 between the two drivers.
Behind the two leaders, Daniel Ricciardo (Red Bull) is alone in third position, more than 52″ behind. Pérez (Force India) is 20″ behind the Australian, 13″ ahead of his teammate Esteban Ocon. Nico Hülkenberg still places the first Renault in sixth position, and precedes Pascal Wehrlein (Sauber), subject to a 5″ penalty.
Sainz (Toro Rosso), Magnussen (Haas) and Kvyat (Toro Rosso) complete the top 10. Romain Grosjean (Haas) remains within sight of the points in 11th place, less than 2″ behind Kvyat.
