Ott Tänak (Toyota) reduced his gap on Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) by gaining 2”5 from the leader of the Rally Argentina in the 22,67km Mataderos – Cuchilla Nevada, the 10th SS of the event. Sébastien Ogier (Citroën) lost 3”5 to the Estonian by finishing behind Kris Meeke (Toyota) and Dani Sordo (Hyundai) who seems to have resolved his engine problems. Jari-Matti Latvala (Toyota) finished less than 4 seconds from the benchmark, but Andreas Mikkelsen (Hyundai) and Teemu Suninen (M-Sport) lost around ten seconds.

Elfyn Evans (M-Sport) retired after rolling in the special. The crew was unhurt, but the Fiesta WRC suffered a big impact against a stone.

Thierry Neuville retains the lead of Rally Argentina with a lead of 11 seconds over Ott Tänak. Sébastien Ogier is 3''5 behind the Estonian, still ahead of Kris Meeke and Andreas Mikkelsen. Dani Sordo takes 6th place taking advantage of Elfyn Evans' misfortunes and continues to precede Jari-Matti Latvala and Teemu Suninen. Mads Ostberg (Citroën) remains at the top of the WRC 6 Pro and climbs to 2th place in the general classification.

Neuville is the closest to Tänak's scratch but the Belgian still drops 2″5 to the Estonian who is back to 11″3 from the head of the race. “I tried as hard as I could, but we know that this special profile suits the Toyotas well. »
