Jari-Matti Latvala (Volkswagen) took two seconds from Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) on SS11 of the Sardinia Rally. The Finn set the second provisional time, 1''3 behind Ott Tänak (Ford) who set the benchmark time by completing the 22,39 km in 14'12''0.

Éric Camilli (Ford) follows at 1”5, ahead of Andreas Mikkelsen (Volkswagen) and Mads Ostberg (Ford) by half a second. Sébastien Ogier (Volkswagen) is five seconds behind.

Thierry Neuville still has a lead of 9”7 over Jari-Matti Latvala. Sébastien Ogier only has an 8''5 lead over Andreas Mikkelsen who keeps his compatriot Mads Ostberg more than six seconds behind.

Camilli signs the 3rd provisional time, 1″5 behind Tänak and ahead of Mikkelsen by 4 tenths. “You had to be careful in the narrow sections because the trees lined the road and you had to know where to position the rear of the car. »

Neuville gives up 2s to Latvala who is 9″7 behind the leader of the Rally of Sardinia. “It wasn't great. I wasn't comfortable in the narrow sections, but we still managed a good time without taking any risks. The rear axle sometimes left without warning. »
