Ostberg is on the pace but still loses a small second on Paddon who is now 3s behind the Citroën. “It’s an intense fight. You have to find confidence. The stages are beautiful. It's hard to put it all together, I feel like it's not there yet. »
The gaps are tight at the front, Latvala failing a tenth of the benchmark and thus achieving the same time as his teammate Tänak. “The team wanted to play it safe by using 2 seocurs tires, but I preferred just one because the sensations are better. »
Paddon beats Tänak by a tenth. The New Zealander also has 2 spare wheels. “I love this ES, I could ride all day. »
Tänak further improves his teammate's pace with a 4″ lead even though he has fitted 5 additional wheels. “I concentrate on my driving. It's tiring to always answer the same questions. We don't have the best position on the road. »
Lappi is still moving at a faster pace with 2″2 ahead of Ogier. The Toyota driver is in 5th place. " I can not complain. I felt like I wasn't attacking but I had to stay on the lines. »
Ogier takes the provisional scratch, ahead of Neuville by 1″7. The M-Sport driver is in 6th place. “I'm in a position where I have enough points. I don't have to take any risks. »
Suninen signs the 3rd fastest time, 3″3 behind Neuville and a little less than 3 seconds behind his teammate Evans. The Finn now only has a 6s lead over the Belgian in the general classification. “It was a little better than in the first pass but it's still not ideal. »
Evans ranks 6 tenths behind Neuville. The M-Sport driver is in 8th place. “I am surprised by the lack of grip in the second pass. »
Neuville sets a time of 7'25″3. This is 4s more than Paddon's scratch this morning. “I really attacked, but there was nothing I could do. I do not give up. »
Serderidis finished with a time of 8'26″7. The private pilot is now in 15th place.

The rest of the WRC peloton chose 5 tough ones.
