The crews will compete in the 10,12km of Oittila from 9:08 a.m. The second passage will serve as a Power Stage.

Juho Hänninen (Toyota) took more than 4 seconds from Teemu Suninen (Ford) in the 6,8km of Lempää, the first special stage of the final stage of the Rally Finland. The M-Sport driver complained of a lack of grip on his Fiesta WRC. Jari-Matti Latvala (Toyota) took the scratch in 3'08''4, one second ahead of his teammate after restarting in Rally 2. Elfyn Evans (Ford) followed less than 2 seconds behind. Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) is more than 5s behind.

Esapekka Lappi maintains the lead of Rally Finland with a 49s lead over his closest rivals with 3 stages to go. Juho Hänninen came back to tie from Teemu Suninen. The two Finns are followed at 2s by Elfyn Evans. Craig Breen (Citroën) still completes the top five with a 16s lead over Thierry Neuville. Ott Tänak (Ford) follows in 7th place ahead of Kris Meeke (Citroën), Dani Sordo (Hyundai) and Mads Ostberg (Ford) who is 24s behind the Spaniard.

Lappi settled for 6th time, 5”1 behind his teammate Latvala. The Toyota driver maintains a lead of 49 over Hänninen and Suninen tied.

Latvala improves the benchmark with a time of 3’08”4, 1”1 better than Hänninen. The Toyota driver returned to Rally 2.

Hänninen took the provisional scratch with a time of 3'09"5, taking 4"3 back from Suninen who complained of a lack of grip. The two Finns are tied for 2nd place.

The Rallye des 1000 Lacs will continue this Sunday July 30 with a 33,84km timed course spread over 4 special stages. The day will start at 8:35 a.m. (French time).

The first drivers are already at the finish of the 6,8km Lempää, the first course of the day. Ostberg achieved the provisional scratch with a time of 3'14"6, 3 seconds ahead of Meeke. Sordo follows at 5s.
