The provisional classification of SS3:

Craig Breen (Citroën) is in difficulty at the end of SS3 at the Sardinia Rally following an oil leak from the gearbox. The Irishman occupies 5th place in the general classification after setting the 6th time in the 19,05km of Monte Olia.

Juho Hänninen (Toyota) took the scratch with a time of 13'25''8, ahead of Kris Meeke (Citroën) by 3''2 and Mads Ostberg (Ford) by 4''6. Hayden Paddon (Hyundai) follows at 6''9 while Jari-Matti Latvala (Toyota) is the first at more than 10 seconds. Elfyn Evans (Ford) and Dani Sordo (Hyundai) finished 15s ahead of Ott Tänak (Ford), Thierry Neuville (Hyundai), Sébastien Ogier (Ford), Andreas Mikkelsen (Citroën) and Esapekka Lappi (Toyota) who was slowed down by the loss of 2nd gearbox gear.

Juho Hänninen takes the lead of the Sardinia Rally by 2 tenths ahead of Kris Meeke. Hayden Paddon completes the provisional podium, 4”4 from the race lead. Mads Ostberg follows a few tenths ahead of Craig Breen, while Jari-Matti Latvala gains 5 places to 6th place. Dani Sordo loses a place like Ott Tänak. Elfyn Evans and Thierry Neuville complete the top ten ahead of Sébastien Ogier and Andreas Mikkelsen.

Citroën says Breen has not yet given up. The Irishman is still trying to repair his C3 WRC.

Lappi has been slowed down by the loss of 2nd gear on his gearbox since this morning. “I will be able to continue but we are obviously losing time. Braking is particularly complicated. »

Paddon takes the provisional scratch with a time of 13'32″7, 3″4 better than Latvala. The Hyundai driver has an 11s lead over Breen who is stopped on the road to try to repair the oil leak on his C3 WRC.

Breen appears to have an oil leak at the finish of SS3. The Citroën driver is ahead of Latvala by almost 3 seconds in the general classification.

Latvala took the provisional scratch with a time of 13'36″1 at the end of the 19,05km from Monte Olia. The Toyota driver leads Breen by 2″8. Evans follows at 4″5 ahead of Sordo at 4″7, Tänak at 5″2. Neuville and Ogier are 10s behind.

SS3 is already underway and several drivers are at the finish.
