Last of the Rally1s to pass the course, Jari Huttunen failed just 0″4 behind Katsuta and concluded a solid first part of the day.
Still without power steering on his Ford Puma, Adrien Fourmaux painfully finished this morning with a time of 1'54"0, 20"5 behind Katsuta's time. The Frenchman is out of breath from his effort.
Pierre-Louis Loubet concludes the special with the 7th provisional time, 1″5 behind the best time.
9 tenths conceded by Esapekka Lappi on Katsuta, 8 on Tänak. The Estonian further slightly extends his lead overall.
2″9 behind Gus Greensmith on Katsuta’s time.
Craig Breen crossed the line 1″7 behind the Japanese.
Takamoto Katsuta beats Neuville and Tänak by a tiny tenth and takes first place!
Ott Tänak achieves the exact same time as Thierry Neuville by a tenth! Tie between the two Hyundai drivers, even if the Belgian is credited with first place for having achieved his time before the Estonian.
Elfyn Evans concedes 0″8 to Thierry Neuville on his attempt.

If you are joining us just now, the 5th special which should have taken place at 12:10 p.m. was finally canceled for safety reasons with spectators.
The drivers therefore directly joined the 6th special, that of Harju, in a modified version compared to yesterday since there will only be one loop (instead of two on Thursday during SS1)
