Elfyn Evans (Toyota) made everyone agree on the seventh special stage of this 2020 Rally Sweden. The Welshman, associated with Briton Scott Martin, left his direct pursuer Ott Tänak (Hyundai) by 3″6!
In the general classification, the wearer of number 33 has a relatively comfortable lead for the first time, with a margin of 15″3 over the reigning world champion.
This special allowed Sébastien Ogier (Toyota) to overtake his teammate Kalle Rovanperä. The rookie in fact gave up his third place by 1″8 against the six-time world champion.
The winner of Monte-Carlo, Thierry Neuville (Hyundai), continues to scrape a few tenths off Esapekka Lappi (Ford) in the battle for sixth place.

In the second intermediate, Sébastien Ogier beats all his pursuers, Esapekka Lappi is 2 tenths behind.
Thierry Neuville finished 1″3 ahead of Craig Breen. There is no match between the two men because the Irishman's mission is to help the Belgian in the championship.
