SS8 ranking:

General Classification after SS8:

21h

Craig Breen wins the 8th special ahead of Kalle Rovanperä at 4″1 and Ott Tänak at 8″1 who performs a very good operation considering his position as last starter. “I have no feeling with the car. I made a little mistake and I tapped.” The Estonian is in good shape.

Elfyn Evans now has a lead of 2″8 over Ott Tänak, 6″ over Rovanperä and 10″ over Ogier.

21h

It's starting to feel like a scratch for Craig Breen! Evans, 10″ behind, is on the same time as Neuville and Ogier. We'll have to get out the calculators because this special will shake up the general classification. “It’s terrible… We’re going to do our best and see what happens”

21h

Sébastien Ogier arrived at the finish, 13″6 behind Craig Breen. He falls behind Rovanperä in the general standings. “The road is absolutely not cleaned by the cars in front of us. Those who leave behind will suffer”

21h

Kalle Rovanperä takes 2nd place at 4″1. A lesser evil to celebrate his 22nd birthday. Happy Birthday Kalle!!!

21h

Sébastien Ogier and Elfyn Evans have left and… are already late. Ott Tänak at the start may be worried because it is obvious that he had to start from the front to set a time on this SS8…

21h

The onboard images from Kalle Rovanperä confirm that rain is falling throughout the special. He is already 4″9 behind Breen halfway through, a sign that conditions are deteriorating.

Gus Greensmith finished in 6th place, 19 seconds behind. “There is a lot of mud and the grip is very poor.”

21h

Oliver Solberg ends up out of breath. “The start of the special is really slippery. Overall it's a very tricky special! ".

Thierry Neuville in turn crossed the finishing mark with the 2nd time, 9″3 behind Breen. It's starting to rain again! “It’s not a bad passage, not that bad… But we’re going to try to do better”

21h

While Katsuta finished 20 seconds behind Breen, Thierry Neuville took the start. At the first intermediate, the Belgian is already 3″4 behind.

21h

Katsuta is already 10 seconds behind Breen at mid-stage. The Irishman didn't hang around that much after all!

21h

9'42″9 for Craig Breen, first reference time. “The roads are magnificent but I am still disturbed by my mistake yesterday. I’m very careful.”

21h

Takamoto Katsuta takes his turn while Breen is already mid-stage. We should soon have the first time markers.

21h

Confirmed with the first onboard images, the road shines like a mirror and mudslides follow one another. Very perilous terrain for the powerful Rally1s!

21h

Threatening clouds and wet roads, this day should be dedicated to sliding!
