2016 Hungarian GP
This is the end of live qualifying for the Hungarian GP. The start of the race will be given tomorrow at 14 p.m. and will be followed live on Canal+ and with our live text.
Grosjean on Canal+: “We can be proud of the team’s work because the conditions were really difficult. It’s true that it’s a shame to miss Q3 for a tenth behind Hamilton. You have to put your brain aside and try everything. We will be able to choose our tires for the start. The race will be long, it will be interesting. »
Rosberg: “I don’t think about the previous results here. The car is performing well and I will have a very good opportunity tomorrow. »
Ricciardo: “I don’t know if we were able to give everything because the yellow flag also trapped me. We were competitive in these crazy qualifiers. It was a highlight to go out with the slicks on the wet track. There were still pitfalls in Q3, but I got through them. »
Hamilton: “I was 4 tenths ahead of Rosberg in Q3 and the youth flag trapped me. We are already obtaining a good result given the conditions. »
Rosberg: “Conditions kept changing. The end of the session was crazy. I was able to do a very good lap on my last attempt. »
