Ole Christian Veiby (Volkswagen) remains at the top of the WRC 2 Pro, occupying 9th place, 12 seconds ahead of Jari Huttunen (Skoda). Mads Ostberg (Citroën) occupies 12th place, one second behind Emil Lindholm (Volkswagen), still leading the WRC 2 Pro.
Esapekka Lappi (Citroën) was the closest to the scratch of Thierry Neuville (Hyundai), author of the benchmark in the 2,8km Torsby Sprint, with 9 tenths behind. The Finn took 4 tenths from Andreas Mikkelsen (Hyundai). Sébastien Ogier (Citroën) followed more than 2 seconds from the benchmark just ahead of his compatriot Sébastien Loeb (Hyundai) and Elfyn Evans (M-Sport).
Elfyn Evans (M-Sport) and Ott Tänak (Toyota) are just over 3 seconds from the scratch, ahead of Jari-Matti Latvala (Toyota) and Pontus Tidemand (M-Sport).
Ott Tänak maintains a lead of more than 54 seconds over Andreas Mikkelsen, now tied with Esapekka Lappi. Thierry Neuville follows 2”3 off the provisional podium. Elfyn Evans completes the Top 5 ahead of Kris Meeke who is still ahead of Sébastien Loeb by 1”6. Pontus Tidemand remains 8th.
Tänak gave up 3″2 to Neuville and almost 2s to Mikkelsen. No worries for the leader of the Rally Sweden who maintains a lead of 54” over the Norwegian and Lappi before the final stage.
Mikkelsen gives up 4 tenths to Lappi and sees the Citroën driver return to equal points in the general standings!
Evans ranks 2″7 behind Neuville’s provisional scratch. The M-Sport driver is now a dozen seconds behind the Belgian in 4th place.
Lappi drops 9 tenths to Neuville. The Hyundai driver is 2″3 off the provisional podium.
Ogier is provisionally closest to Neuville, 2″2 behind.
Neuville did better with a 2″5 lead over his teammate Loeb. The Belgian in 4th position is fighting for 2nd place against Mikkelsen and Lappi.
Loeb takes the provisional scratch for 7 tenths ahead of Meeke. The Toyota driver maintains his 6th position for a 1″6 lead over the Alsatian.
Tidemand sets the 3rd time, one second behind Latvala, in 8th place.
Meeke takes the provisional scratch by 8 tenths ahead of his teammate Latvala. The Northern Irishman is fighting to maintain his 6th place against Loeb.
Tuohino ranks 3″8 behind Latvala. The M-Sport private driver is moving towards 14th place.
Grönholm finished 6″8 behind Latvala. The GRX driver should have started on the road first and will certainly receive a penalty.
Bertelli ranks 7”9 behind Latvala. The M-Sport private driver is in 23rd place.
Latvala sets a first time of 2'00"8 at the end of the passage where the roads seem quite snowy.
Latvala set off in the last time trial of the day, the 2,8km of Torsby.
