McLaren presents the MP4-X concept

“We wanted to combine essential ingredients of Formula 1, such as speed or performance, with emerging parameters such as closed cockpits and hybrid propulsion technologies. » explains John Allert, of McLaren Technology Group.

Among the many technological innovations proposed by engineers on this concept equipped with an electric powertrain, active aerodynamics, high-performance sensors on the tires, allowing real-time control or even ground effect feedback.
