100 successes
Last Sunday, Enea Bastianini helped Ducati secure its 100th Grand Prix victory. The manufacturer has remained discreet about this achievement since it is only the 96th in MotoGP. The Bologna firm is therefore certainly looking forward to celebrating the achievement when it has pocketed four more trophies.
The biggest
Francesco Bagnaia finished third at Silverstone, recording his 43rd MotoGP podium. He is now the Ducati rider with the highest number of podiums in the discipline. Jorge Martin finished second, scoring his 23rd podium with Ducati. He is now tied with Loris Capirossi for fourth place on the list of Ducati riders with the most podiums, behind Andrea Dovizioso (40).

10/10
Enea Bastianini is the 10th different winner in the last 10 Grands Prix held at Silverstone. Before him, Jorge Lorenzo (2013), Marc Marquez (2014), Valentino Rossi (2015), Maverick Vinales (2016), Andrea Dovizioso (2017), Alex Rins (2019), fabio quartararo (2021), Bagnaia (2022) and Aleix Espargaro (2023) won the event. An impressive statistic which testifies to the competitiveness of the discipline.
Outrageous domination
Bastianini, Bagnaia and Martin allowed Ducati to block every available step on the podium. This is the seventh time in a row that Borgo Panigale has achieved such a feat. An absolute record for a manufacturer.
End of series
Brad Binder has retired from the main race of the British Grand Prix. This is the first time he has not scored points on a Sunday since Malaysia last year where he fell. Before this weekend, he was the only MotoGP rider to have scored points in the first nine races of the 2024 season. An impressive streak that is coming to an end. Last year, Augusto Fernandez lasted eleven innings before folding.
