This Tuesday, Trackhouse Racing launched hostilities by presenting its motorcycle for the 2025 season MotoGPThe youngest team in the championship, and a satellite team of Aprilia, had arranged to meet interested parties at its HQ in North Carolina (United States) to unveil the new colours of its RS-GP.
This meeting was also an opportunity for the American team to present its new rider, the reigning Moto2 world champion, Ai Ogura. The Japanese, who is one of the three rookies for the 2025 season, was asked on site about the objectives he has set for his debut in the premier class.
On this subject, he confided that he did not really have any, except the desire to progress in this more than competitive category that is MotoGP.
“Mour winter was really great, New Trackhouse Racing driver begins. Many days of training on the bike helped me prepare. I also took a few days off. It allowed me to recharge my batteries before starting this new adventure."

Busy schedule ahead of first GP for Ogura
Ai Ogura has already had the opportunity to try out his next bike at the official Barcelona Test, which took place two days after the championship finale in Catalonia. However, he will still have the opportunity to familiarise himself with it on the sidelines of the season. In total, eight days of testing await the Japanese rider before the campaign kicks off in Thailand.

As a reminder, the first tests of this new year will take place at the end of the month, on the Sepang circuit. Given his Rookie status, Ai Ogura will be able to take part in the three days of Shakedown, from January 31 to February 2. The pre-season tests will follow, in Malaysia, then in Thailand.
