Ducati unveiled the livery of its Desmosedici GP26 at a presentation held in Madonna di Campiglio, Italy, attended by Marc Márquez, Francesco Bagnaia, and Michele Pirro, among others. The 2026 season marks Ducati's centenary, a historic anniversary directly reflected in the Desmosedici GP26's livery. The machine sports a matte centenary red, enhanced by a double white stripe, a nod to the original red of the Borgo Panigale brand.
After an exceptional 2025 season, marked by 13 Grand Prix victories, 16 Sprint victories and 23 podium finishes, Marc Márquez and Francesco Bagnaia will defend the colors of Ducati with this livery specially designed for the anniversary of the Italian manufacturer.
The duo now form the most decorated pair in Ducati's history, with nine championships in MotoGP Together, the most successful team on the grid will also be aiming for its 100th MotoGP victory with its two champions. Finally, the 2026 season also looks set to be crucial in the development of the future 2027 Ducati, on the eve of a major regulation change in MotoGP.

The objectives for 2026

The next deadlines
Their first official meeting of the season will take place at the end of the month during the Shakedown of the 2026 season. From January 29 to 31, the test riders of each manufacturer, the rookies and the representatives of the D-tier factories (Yamaha) will therefore return to the track in Sepang (Malaysia).
Until then, the next MotoGP presentation for the 2026 season will be held on January 21, with the unveiling of the Trackhouse Racing Aprilia and Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP teams, organized in Jakarta (Indonesia).
