Johann Zarco is 35 years old, relive his Le Mans triumph from the inside

No one expected it; Johann Zarco's (Team LCR Honda) day of glory arrived this Sunday at the MotoGP French Grand Prix, which he won. It was a celebration of an extraordinary feat, for an achievement that was no less extraordinary.

Ask anyone in the paddock MotoGP to tell you about Johann Zarco, and the comments will generally be complimentary. The French driver won the 2007 Red Bull Rookies Cup, before climbing the ranks to join MotoGP ten years later. Along the way, in 2015 and 2016, he managed to win two consecutive world titles in Moto2. A major achievement, appreciated at the time, but all the French then had in mind only one supreme title, that of MotoGP world champion. The crowns in the intermediate category
