Relive the Sprint in live text

👋 Thank you all for following the sprint race with us! We'll see you tomorrow morning at 9 a.m. French time to follow the Grand Prix. Until then, you can follow the qualifying rounds of the Singapore Grand Prix from Formula 1 on our website from 15 p.m. Have a great motorsport weekend everyone!

🏁🇫🇷 No points for the French, who both fell this morning.

🏁 Pecco Bagnaia finishes dead last... 13 seconds behind Alex Rins, the second-to-last! Something is definitely not right at Ducati...

🏁 MARCO BEZZECCHI VICTORY OVER FERMIN ALDEGUER! The Italian poleman came from behind after missing his start, but what pace he had! Raul Fernandez completed the podium on his satellite Aprilia.

13/13 – It went through for Bezzecchi despite Fermin Aldeguer's resistance! Quarterly fell in the back…

13/13 – LAST ROUND! It's a tough fight for victory: Bezzecchi is now stuck to Aldeguer.

12 / 13 - Marco Bezzecchi is back to within half a second of Fermin Aldeguer. It will be a tense race between the two men until the end. Meanwhile, Marc Marquez has moved back up to 7th place, behind the factory Honda duo with Joan Mir, 5th, ahead of Luca Marini, 6th.

11/13 – 💥Johann Zarco crashes! His third of the weekend and his 26th of the season… There are only 15 left on the track, and the last one is still Pecco Bagnaia, who is lagging far behind the times and finds himself alone.

10 / 13 - The Bezzecchi plane! He's already come back to within a second of Aldeguer by setting a huge lap, seven tenths faster than the Spaniard.

9 / 13 - A duel between the French further back in the pack: Fabio Quartararo takes 12th place from Johann Zarco while Marc Marquez overtakes Miguel Oliveira and Brad Binder to find himself 9th, in the points.

8/13 – It’s over for Bezzecchi! The poleman is in second position, but with a 2.3 second deficit to the leader, it looks like it will be difficult to catch up with Aldeguer.

7 / 13 - Marco Bezzecchi is making an effort to get back on the Trackhouse team's satellite Aprilia, driven by Raul Fernandez. The Spaniard is 2 seconds behind Fermin Aldeguer, who is flying towards his first Sprint victory.

6 / 13 - Marc Marquez overtakes Johann Zarco for 11th place, while Joan Mir takes 7th place from Brad Binder. Within the Honda fold, Chantra crashed on the first lap and Marini is 5th.

5/13 – 💥PEDRO ACOSTA FALLS! The KTM rider was fighting for victory against Fermin Aldeguer! This allowed Raul Fernandez, 2nd, and Marco Bezzecchi, 3rd, to gain positions.

4/13 – 💥Fall of Enea Bastianini. Pecco Bagnaia finds himself 17th… and last! In front of him are the two Yamahas of Rins, who lost everything because of Marc Marquez, and Fabio Quartararo.

4 / 13 - The provisional classification

3/13 – ⚠️ Long-lap for Marc Marquez! The world champion pushed Alex Rins on the first lap and was penalized. He finished 13th, behind Johann Zarco, who had gained six positions since the start.

2 / 13 - Pedro Acosta takes second place from Raul Fernandez and is now tying Fermin Aldeguer for the lead. A great duel is in store between the Spanish stars! Fabio Quartararo completely missed his start, like Bezzecchi, and is only 15th, ahead of Bagnaia.

🟢 IT'S ON IN MANDALIKA! Marco Bezzecchi completely missed his start and handed the lead to Fermin Aldeguer, who leads ahead of Raul Fernandez and Pedro Acosta. Marquez is already 5th.

9 p.m. – WARM-UP LAP!

8h58 - Will Marco Bezzecchi win both races this weekend? That's the prediction of Ducati boss Gigi Dall'Igna, who predicts the Italian, formerly of the VR46 team, will clearly dominate by taking advantage of the poor form of the Italian Desmosedici. Fermin Aldeguer, second, is the only one from the Borgo Panigale team who managed to manage the rear tire, explains Dall'Igna.

8:54 – Is Marc Marquez the greatest driver of all time? After the seventh coronation in MotoGP From Catalan, the AUTOhebdo editorial team asked the question in L'Émission, our weekly video format every Monday on our YouTube channel.

8h47 - Johann Zarco, 18th on the grid, before the start: “ I'm going to try to find a good rhythm and regain that confidence on the bike gradually. Between yesterday and today, we almost took a step backwards. It's not easy to manage, but on this track you can feel that I have speed, but I can't put it all together. The goal of these 13 laps is to overtake some guys and feel that I have the pace for tomorrow." (Canal+)

8h40 - Marco Bezzecchi's pole position comes in a weekend that has so far benefited the usual second-place finishers. For Ducati, only Fermin Aldeguer, second-placed, managed to qualify on the front two rows! Marc Marquez was only 9th and Pecco Bagnaia 16th. On the other hand, Raul Fernandez (3rd) and Alex Rins (4th) achieved their best qualifying results of the season.
