This Sunday at the Valencia GP, Aprilia shone once again — and this time, Marco Bezzecchi wasn't the only one to steal the spotlight from the Borgo Panigale machines. Unlike in the Sprint, the Italian got off to a perfect start, diving into the first corner in the lead ahead of Alex Márquez. He then controlled the race at his own pace, gradually increasing his lead lap after lap. Having stayed close behind for the first half of the race, the Ducati rider finally succumbed to a particularly sharp Raúl Fernández on his Aprilia.

« I had a lot of fun. Bezzecchi smiled upon arriving at the microphone of the MotoGP. Especially at the end. Raúl (Fernández) was very fast, very close to me. He was getting closer lap after lap. It was difficult, but I'm very happy and very satisfied with the work done by the team. I couldn't have imagined finishing the season. It's time to celebrate. We need to do this in order to start the 2026 season well. »

The 27-year-old Italian thus concludes the season with a second consecutive victory after his win in Portugal. Valencia is his third victory of the year, as the Rimini native also triumphed at Silverstone.
